Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• In case of high demand or any delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.
• Estimated delivery times:
  • Domestic (within India): 5-7 business days.
  • International: 10-15 business days (subject to customs clearance).
• Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

International Shipping:

• Orni Fashion ships internationally; however, customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges applicable in their country.

Shipping Address:

• Please ensure that the shipping address is correct. Orni Fashion is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

7-Day Return Window:

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return, email our customer support at dristicreation61@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on where to ship the item.
3. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

• After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-returnable items:

• Custom-made or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for assistance.

Late or Missing Refunds:

• If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
